1. Why can’t I order Lamb Lasagna from the website?
Our Lamb Lasagna or Shepherd’s Pie menu is a special dish from C’est Halal Gourmet, only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. At the moment, it’s not listed on the website and can only be ordered manually via WhatsApp. You can click whatsapp button below.
2. Can I walk in to buy?
We operate from a central kitchen and focus only on delivery orders to ensure consistent quality and punctuality. Walk-ins are not available.
3. Are there any discounts when ordering from the website?

4. Do I have to preorder at least 1 day in advance?
Yes. Our daily order volume is very high, and most of the time we sell out a day earlier. That’s why same-day delivery is not available for now.
5. What if I need an urgent/emergency order?
If you really need it, you can WhatsApp us directly. Please note that an emergency surcharge will apply.
6. What is the Delivery Charges?
Delivery charges vary by location, order size, and vehicle type (motorcycle or car). We use our official logistic partners (Lalamove/Velo). You will be informed via WhatsApp by our automated AI system once your food has been picked up, along with a tracking link.
