freshly prepared halal European cuisine. Since our products are perishable food
items, we have a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except under specific
circumstances outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
1.1 Wrong Order Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us
within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product received. We will
arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
1.2 Damaged or Spoiled Products
We ensure our products are delivered fresh and in
good condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our
fault, please:
Take clear photos of the affected item.
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a
replacement or a partial/full refund based on the situation.
1.3 Missing Items
If any part of your order is missing, please notify
us immediately upon receiving your order. We will verify the issue and arrange
for a replacement or store credit.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing an order.
Orders not collected from the delivery rider.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Complaints made after 2 hours of receiving the order.
